Water is an important and integral part of our ecological system. It is not only a vital source of life for human beings but it also supports agriculture, livestock, industries, and the environment. Declining per capita water availability, competing water demand for different uses and users, changing food habits and life styles, livelihoods and socioeconomic scenarios climate change and environmental needs call for holistic management of water resources. The planning, designing, development and management of water resources depend on its spatial and temporal variation.

While doing so it is also important to consider natural, social, physical, financial and human capital as well as cultural, historical and geographical situations available in the country. Integrated Water Resources Management (IWRM) is basically a process of utilization of water resources in such a manner so that combined and coordinated resources utilization creates many times better cumulative impact both in terms of quality and quantity without adverse impact on other resources, than single resource utilization and combining the impact of all the water resources afterwards. It varies from place to place and no single solution fitting to all the situations can be developed.
Natural products produced by many plants, bacteria and fungi as secondary metabolites have been the major drug source for pharmaceutical industry for the last several decades. Enediyne natural products discovered in 1980s are unique member among natural product family with potent DNA cleavage activity. A typical enediyne natural product is structurally characterized by a highly unsaturated enediyne core containing two acetylenic groups conjugated to a double bond in nine- or ten- membered carbocycle. Thus the enediyne natural products are conveniently categorized into two subfamilies, nine-membered enediynes and ten-membered enediynes.several examples of nine-membered enediynes (C-1027 from Streptomyces globisporus and neocarzinostatin from Streptomyces macromomyceticus) and ten-membered enediynes (calicheamicin from Micromonospora echinospora and esperamicin from Actinomadura verrucosopora.

Although total synthesis of almost all enediyne natural products has been achieved by organic synthesis, the blue print of their biosynthesis in cells is still not quite clear to us. Before discovery and sequencing of enediyne gene clusters, researchers speculated biosynthesis pathways of enediyne natural products by biomimetic synthesis and feeding of isotope labeled starting material to enediyne producing bacteria strains.
BeRobot is a robotic and scientific education development platform, which includes a BeRobot motion commander. It is a user friendly graphic interface that even a beginner can easy control the robot with his imagination, such as: twisting, bending down, bending knees, dancing, pushing up, walking, standing by one foot, Tai ji quan, playing football. The BeRobot can be re-configured as many different types by its re-assembly mechanism design, you can reconstruct your Be Robot as robotic dog, robotic dinosaur, robotic scorpion, robotic arm, even aspiring your dreamed transformer. Besides, you can also programming its CPU firmware to design your request or upgrade its function/sensors by plug-in additional module.

With BeRobot, you can learn mechanism design, automatic design, mechanical and electrical design, motion balance, programming design…all the robotic technology. Besides, you can learn how to build and control the BeRobot by the user manual/course CD or download newest motions to upgrade the BeRobot.
Traditionally, risk management is segmented and conducted in separate business units or departments (i.e., silos) within a company. Under silo-based risk management, silos deal with their own risks, and none single group or person in the company has a grasp of the entire exposure that the company faces. This is attributed to the way people think about solving problems, the existing organizational structure, and the evolution of risk management practice. In addition, this is due to the fact that each silo within a company possesses the best expertise to address the risks within its area of responsibility.
Now in many countries are used old technology manufacturing ginning machines for ginning raw cotton. Also includes following operations. Punching of disks of necessary diameter 320 mm and an internal aperture 60 mm, transportation, cutting of teeth on teeth cutting machine, sharpening and training of working parts of a teeth of a saw is sharp sheet on press cutting machine. This operation is very time-consuming and demands very many time and labor and the big investment. As working hours saw gin disk in the working chamber are 72-80 h, it is important to check the increasing capacity of working saws. For this purpose it is necessary to improve properties of a saw and replacement of a material by stronger materials
The new technology nowadays is based on smart systems, includes smart energy, smart grid, smart home, smart phone, smart plant irrigation system and smart technology. All are applicable to many medical, engineering, educational, shopping, banking, booking travel or hotels, commercial systems and devices. These are almost based on control and optimization programing algorithms and logic process which lead to time saving, energy saving, friendly use and cost effective. Most of these technologies are running online and wirelessly by the cellular phone in monitoring the measurements of the variables and to control the system or appliance by touching button and sending signals.

The Global Journal of Technology and Optimization GJTO is planning in the coming volumes and issues to publish high quality peer reviewed papers online on the new technology developments that require investigation and more researches to obtain the smarter design and operation to provide high quality features with the lowest cost.
Clays are processed by mechanical methods, such as
crushing, grinding, and screening, however, because clays are used in such awide range of applications, it is often necessary to use other mechanical and
chemical processes, such as drying, calcining, bleaching, blunging, and
extruding to prepare the material for use.

One of the biggest urbanization problems that we are
faced with today includes not taking into account the usage of the city areas
by the pedestrians. Especially the traffic problem that reaches greater heightsin metropolitan cities and the fact that pedestrians are not able to find any
place on the roads for themselves has made it mandatory to take new planning
decisions relate to transportation in our era.

The finite element word was coined by Clough in 1960. In
1960s, engineers used the method for solving the problems in stress analysis,
strain analysis, heat and fluid transfer, and other region. Abaqus CAE can provide a simple creating model, submitting the modal, monitoring, and evaluating result and then can also compare with theoretical calculation. In
this report all the steps will be explained in different areas such as sketch a
modal, assigning material property, applying boundary condition and loads,
submit and monitor the job and view the deformed models using the visualization and create report for results.
Unmanned
Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) are aerial vehicles or drones that operate without a
human operator on-board. They are either controlled through radio frequency
from a remote control or through a computer program installed on a computer
on-board the drone. Initially used primarily by the military sector (e.g. for
missile deployment during war), applications of UAV have extended to the
civilian sector. Some of the current applications for UAV include: agriculture
surveying, wildlife monitoring and conservation, real estate assessments,
surveillance, meteorological studies, such as taking geographical samples at
extreme heights, and courier services, such as Amazon CEO Jeff Bezo’s
announcement in 2013 that the company would use drones for package delivery.
Advances in technology and decreasing costs have led to an increased use of
unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) by the military and civilian sectors. The use
of UAVs in commerce is restricted by US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)
regulations. The FAA continues to demand that drones be controlled by a humanpilot and stay within that pilot’s sight line. These regulations forestall implementation
of a large-scale drone delivery fleet. The FAA also has established a no-fly
zone, which lies between 400 and 500 vertical feet, to ensure that drones
remain distinct on radar from human-piloted aircraft. However, such
restrictions do not necessarily apply to other countries. In fact, 57 countries
and 270 companies were producing UAVs in 2013
